Usage Recommendations
1 SPC Flooring Stabilizer Design
For SPC flooring production, BW-08D can be used as the main stabilizer. The recommended dosage is 10-20% of the total stabilizer package mass.
With appropriate adjustment of internal and external lubricants, calcium carbonate can be used as the filling component. A simplified SPC flooring stabilizer package can therefore be designed around BW-08D + lubricants + calcium carbonate, providing a clearer formulation structure and supporting cost-effective production.
Important note: BW-08D is not positioned as a minor additive to be blended into an existing SPC flooring stabilizer package. It is intended to provide a practical new stabilizer package design for SPC flooring applications.
2 Colored Rigid PVC Pipes and Fittings
For rigid PVC pipes and fittings without high initial whiteness requirements, including grey, red and other colored pipe and fitting applications, BW-08D can be used as the main stabilizer in zinc-free systems.
The recommended dosage is 5-20% of the total stabilizer package mass. It may also be combined with other auxiliary stabilizers to build a complete stabilization system.
During formulation development, attention should be paid to BW-08D's plasticizing effect, lubricant balance, component compatibility, and medium- to long-term acid-scavenging and heat-stabilizing characteristics.
